               NEED A FRESH START?

It can be yours today!...

First Mission Baptist Church is under the leadership of Pastor Willie and Samantha Green.  We are located on the beautiful Mississippi River in Jefferson, Louisiana ( a church in the suburb of New Orleans).

First Mission Baptist Church is MORE THAN A CHURCH ... We're Family!

Many of us wish we had the opportunity to make a fresh start - to discover a place where we are accepted and can develop and grow.  Perhaps you are saved, but have gotten away from the Lord, and away from church.  It's time for you to jump back in, and First Mission Baptist Church is ready to assist you in that fresh start.  You will find people like yourself who are discovering and growing in a place where people come together to be spiritually, emotionally and physically encouraged, challenged, charged and prepared to live a meaningful life for Jesus Christ in the real world!  Perhaps you don't know this one called Jesus and you are looking to know more about Him - First Mission Baptist Church, a church in New Orleans, is the place for you!  Join us this Sunday!

God bless you and may you enjoy First Mission's website!

We extend a heartfelt welcome to you and your family, and pray that you will find the contents of this web site informative and uplifting, leading you to enjoy a personal and abiding relationship with Jesus.  We would be honored if you would join us for an upcoming worship service or one of our fellowship events.
